Self-Defense Training: Taught during the regular Jiu-Jitsu Classes. Enhance your overall Street Self-Defense skills.
NO-GI Class: Held twice a month during regularly scheduled classes, NO-GI is the application of Striking, Kicking and Grappling techniques without the use of the Uniform.
Class Scheduling: Our schedule is built to work around yours! Our students have the flexibility of picking their class days and the option of alternating days each week. This makes it easy and convenient for our students to accommodate your child’s Jiu-Jitsu training with your daily schedule!
